low on budget... bassy sound .. and should be good in open air too

how is Edifier C3 for this ??

for parties and open air you need professional speakers

There are professional speakers and professional amps sold seperately

for air you need to set up echo level and all dude
 
My Dad just sold his LEM speakers with 15" driver in each of them :-(

Off topic, but if you need a professional amp, he has an almost New, used one time for 30 mins. only

Crown Macrotech MA-5002VZ power-amp 1300W at 8 ohms per channel.

Crown is made by Harman Kardon. It's MSRP is US$8000, still sells for US$4000 at amazon.com

My Dad is selling it for only Rs 30K

if you are buying this amp then I have Sony tower (column) speakers, each column having two 6 inch woofer and a tweeter, each column can take upto 150w RMS and they sound marvelous, pm me if interested.
