I wanted to know if anyone has subscribed to Spearhead Telecom Broadband plans?
How is their service and customer support?
I am currently using Tikona but since their service is getting worse (and speed and connectivity) i am thinking of ditching them and go for another isp.
I am interested in their 750 kbps connection which is for 850 Rs.
Can anyone provide me details on it like how stable is their connection, contention ratio, what would be the download and upload speed etc.
