Spectacled bikers! How do you avoid fogging up your glasses in the winter?

The only secret to success is...
Enclave Plus
Galvanizer
This is an issue I have really been struggling with for a while now. Not usually an issue in summers. But in winter, with all the "wrapping" (N95 mask+scarf on top to cover the mouth and nose) and the helmet, my breath fogs up my glasses constantly and I have to keep lifting the visor open to clear it with the cold air. It's not only a safety issue but super annoying as well.

My most recent attempt at a workaround was the Zeiss anti fog wipes from Amazon. Unfortunately they're not all that effective. I have also seen some sprays and YouTube has a bunch of DIY solutions but I'm not sure which, if any, of them work.

Hence this post. Does anyone have personal experience with this issue and how have you handled it? Thanks for your time.

I stop breathing in and out for a few seconds when I slow down the bike, esp around corners. If it's traffic, open up the helmet a little.

That's my only hack/workaround so far lol

Not a good habit, cause I'm doing the same while in car and everyone is like, WHY

While using the helmet I use my goggles but during night times incoming high beam headlights are causing a big headache so I sometimes wear only the helmet without the goggles.

Not sure if it will help as I don't wear glasses on land. But I scuba dive a lot and fogging is big issue under water where your mask covers your eyes and nose. Before each dive I would use a antifog on my mask and rub it in.

Also if you are using a N95 mask inside your helmet you can try solution in this video to cover the top with a tissue paper or use a surgical tape on the top.
