Spice is on a roll. They are churning out lots of phones based on Android.

Was browsing the letsbuy.com and flipkart site when this one caught my eye. I dont think anybody has posted anything about it so I thought about creating a thread in here.

This one will be a serious competitor to low cost touchscreen phones like the LG Cookie series and Samsung Corby series. And it is better than those since it has Wi-Fi,, GPS and Android Froyo too!!! :ohyeah:

And it costs only Rs.5649!!! :clap:

And did I mention that it is a Dual SIM phone!!!!!!

Letsbuy says that it has a MediaTek600 MHz Processor and there is no info about the RAM.

Display: 240x320 2.8inch screen (I expect it to have a resistive touchscreen though.)

Connectivity: EDGE, Wi-Fi

I have ordered one too... but it seems letsbuy have some issues..

Got a call from them saying that shipping will be delayed by 4 to 5 days...

mind justifying the requirement of 3G ...how many video calls have u made??? or how many HD movies have u downloaded from internet using 3G service/network?/?

every person has his or her own requirement buddy... some do not need 3G but rather prefer the dual sim feature and Android OS...
 
Got mine today!

The phone is very slow..very very laggy!

Have to find out a way to remove the stock crap apps and improve the performance to make the phone a little more usable.

The touchflow is pathetic too, have to use the stylus for typing and stuff, which is very annoying.

My first impression, not so good!
