Looking for spike guard which has atleast 6 pins and it also has flat to round pin conversion.

You mean 6 sockets, right? And can support flat pins too, right? Well because most of them support both flat and round pin too.

i use a MX one for my HDTV. works fine.

you want to spend extra for lifetime warranty go for belkin.

Why not the Belkin 6-OUT Surge Protector Power Strip Economy Series. I have about 3 of them in my house and no issues what so ever. The price in ebay is way tooo high i paid exactly 550 in Bangalore.
