Split Air Conditioner (AC) for office

Hi,

I have a small office space for which I need a split AC. I was looking at different options that are available, and Hitachi seems to be the most popular.

I am a total n00b when it comes to AC's, so will appreciate if someone can tell me what to look for in an AC.

Going through Frankmehta's thread, and looking at my own requirement, I am going to check out Hitachi's Ace Cutout and Ace Followme models.

Can someone suggest some other options to me ?

I have a budget around 30-35 K.

Anyone to help out here ? For a person starting a new office ? Although the Vijay Sales guy told me to get a 2 Ton AC yesterday. Sort of feel that Hitachi Ace Cut Out 2.0 Ton is the best bet.
