What is TE's policy regarding spreading as well as giving reputation to others. There are quite a few people on the forum who help me quite often. Sometimes I feel like repping them for the effort -whether it solves the query or not is a different question altogether. Now many a times I get this message that I must spread the reputation around.
One of the reasons perhaps is that it doesn't become a close-knit group (there's a cassier word for this I forget) where people are spreading reps. just with people around them. Are there any more reasons?
