Storage Solutions SSD for my N2600 , 2 gb netbook, Upgrade or Not ?

I have bought Asus 1015cx netbook recently. Atom dc n2600 and 2 gb ram(non upgradeable). installed win 7 ultimate 32 bit but its a bit slow .My main usage is surfing and running my stock trading software provided by Indiainfoline. I want to make my system faster for my trading purpose. installing win xp instead of win 7 or replacing the hdd with a ssd will be better for me, pl suggest. Also going for fast sd card 8/16 gb(50/90 mbps) for readyboost and keeping the hdd will help me or not.I have to travel a lot everyday so i cant afford to carry a heavy laptop(i have a dell 15.6 also). Waiting for your suggestion , Thanks.
 
Readyboost and SSD together is counterproductive.

My advice, Readyboost is all but useless, the speed increase is barely noticeable. The SSD is the way to go. My i7/GT540 laptop was literally the slowest machine I've ever used (and the only one to have a mechanical disk), till I upgraded to an OCZ Vertex 4. The productivity increase is alarming.

Note that the new Atoms are quite pathetic when it comes to desktop performance. I have a 2800 in desktop config, running off a mSata SSD and it's not dog-slow, but it's not snappy either. The older Atoms felt a lot quicker.
