Are you sure Plextors using TLC?The Plextor specified in the thread is also a TLC, the M5P are the Pro ones which use MLC, trust me when I talk to someone about V300, the only thing they say is Garbage, don't touch a Kingston.
They released a newer version of the M5S sometime at the beginning of this year.Only the pro versions have toshiba 19nm I think
and m5s has Micron synchronous 25nm MLC,definitely not TLC!!
