Stable firmware for WRT54g v7.00.1

Hi guys,

Please suggest a good firmware for WRT54G Firmware Version: v7.00.1. The router behaves strangely, it automatically dials and remains connected. I am little worried about it. Day time we can check, but night time also the same happens.

I have no clue about wats happening with it :huh:

hacked tomato/ddwrt fw can't be loaded into v7 as it has a different chipset and very less ram...

OP, I upgraded my wrt54g from 7.0.0.1 to 7.0.0.4 because of a bit-torrent issue. Now the router is working as expected and has absolutely no probelms :D
 
hey guys i upgraded my firmware thanks to greenie for the link, but still the problem with automatically connecting is still not solved.

The router dials automatically, which I basically dont want. I have home 500 plan and I dont want to exceed the usage limits. Please help
