Star HD channels - Audio issues

Does anyone have issues with Star movies HD, Star Plus HD audio in Airtel HD DTH. There is no audio output from the amp. Earlier it used be on DD+ but now my Onkyo amp is showing the audio output as DD and audio output is not there. Other HD channels are working good. Is this a problem with broadcaster?
 
Try resetting (not restarting/rebooting) your STB from the on-screen menu - somewhere in user/system settings if you have something like that? Also called a "master reset" I guess.

I am on Tata Sky and I had a problem where just a single newly launched HD movie channel number 351 (Star Select Movies HD) has no audio, all other HD and normal channels were fine. Technician visited just today and after doing a "master reset" from the on screen menu (somewhere in user/system settings) it started to work fine.

Dolby Digital plus audio is working fine with Star plus HD and only in Star movies HD the audio has problem. It was working good until couple of days back. Seems like broadcasting problem from Star movies.
 
Yes, probably something going on with STAR channel(s) and their interaction with STB tuning.

Did you try resetting your STB? FYI, I have 2 STBs and BOTH showed the same problem I mentioned, and BOTH got fixed when I reset them.
 
Yes, Tried that also. No luck. All star HD channels work through DD+ but in star movies no audio when connected in DD+. Works only in stereo mode. Do Star moves have a FB page where I can escalate this? There are lot of Star movies pages in FB and not sure which one is genuine.
 
Not sure about STAR escalation route. Have you tried contacting Airtel customer care for getting a technician to look into this?
