STEAM - MY DOWNLOD Going BACKWARDS?????

GUys, I've been downloading STLAKER Shadow Of Chernobyl for the past two days from STEAM, and it was about 60% completed this morning. I left it to download till now, and when I checked it right now, I saw that the download completion has gone to 11%

I cant believe WHAT THE HECK has just happened. THe game is huge, and it requires a LOT OF TIME FOR download. Guess this is how it pays off to BUY a GAME....

WHat do I do?
 
The Steam download progress bar is next to useless for big files.
Don't worry, you should see an instant bump to ~90% once the download nears completion.
