Steam structured exception error

i installed the orange box after getting my computer it was working well for few days but suddenly iam getting this error called steam structured exception ive tried deleting this client.blob file and i also tried reinstalling steam.after reinstalling steam the problem gets solved but when i shut down ad start my comp again it gets the same problem once again please help!!!!!

I've not having exception error, but I cannot connect to my steam since past two weeks. At first I thought it could connection problem... but after seeing your thread I tried several times today connecting it but it didn't work.

I tried deleting clientRegistery.blob file and steam.log (to check new log and error messages). Here is what my log reads.

No such issue here everything working perfectly fine.
I'm on smd patch
