Need 2.0 Desktop Speakers from some reputed brand.

Budget Max 1k :ashamed:

I hate iBall, Zebronics and other Chinese Brands. :no:

Is Logitech R-5 the Only Option??

UPDATE: The BXR1121 is a 2.1 Speaker System... :(
 
yeah , its 2.1 but the sub is really small will fit anywhere.

( i am guessing you want 2.0 because of space constraints )
 
Space is not directly a concern rather the intended use is with a lappy... I want 2.0 so that I can connect it to my lappy & use it on my bedside table.
 
Creative T20(what i am using) and the T40 come to mind. You might have to stretch your budget a little for the T20. But they are totally worth it. :)

btw i own the altec lansing bxr 1221(2.1 , sub- woofer sucks) ... the speakers are quite good , u can go in for the 2.0 model which is specially made for laptops !! the bxr1220

The T20 costs about 7k... And that is not "stretching the budget a little more"... :P

Just saw the BXR1220. Looks Kewl. Any idea about the price??

Uhh....I bought mine from a mall in Singapore for 3.5k inr. The price difference between India and Sg is almost nothing so I don't expect it to be for 7k in India unless you asked at the wrong shop. Even amazon sells for 80$. 7k is too much I agree.
