Stop UAC Privilege Level prompt in vista, without sacrificing security

Here is a link to a really cool tut. I for one, find that annoying Vista Pop-up for User Account Control... really annoying. This tut tells you how to turn the warning itself off but not the security level.

UAC will still be on and work as usual for the Standard and Guests account types.

I doubt many of us use multiple accounts though
