stopping caller tune in docomo in hyd circle

one of my friend is in hyd presently and docomo has activated caller tune service in her number without her concent. so being a bengali she has no clue about telegu and wahtever the ivrs system is telling her. can any docomo user can help to stop it ?
 
That's. Great docomo for her.in Mumbai circle,you have to.call on 155223 to deactivate stuff.

I am sure she had other balance deductions as well.
