Storage Locker or Unit in Bangalore

Hi Folks, I have been contemplating this idea of vacating my current house in Bangalore and moving everything back or keeping it in a Storage Unit till everything normalizes.
I have not been living in that apartment for the past 7 months, what are the best options that I have. Currently I am living in a 2BHK apartment.

If you stay in a good society with cctv surveillance and good neighbors and have a safety door which is properly locked then there's no need to worry.
Last year during covid situation I too was iin similar situation when I moved to my hometown and home was vacant for 8 months.

I heard people moved their stuff to a PG during lockdown last year while vacating. Whichever is more feasible.

Arrey, I want to save on rent. Office will be closed till end of this year. And yeah the apartment is gated and locked for 6 months now.
