am facing for last 2 days a strange issue. this is concerning connecting to net and specific sites on my dishnet dialup.
Problem is that on te server we have two domains. One ofcourse is techenclave.com and one other is a test domain.
Now for last 2 days i am able to connect to only one domain at any time with the other timing out. Ofcourse Ip's are different and on pinging both, positive pings are shown.
Can't even access both using Ip's. In order to access the other i have to disconnect and then reconnect(which basically means i get a new dynamic ip) and then the other site is accessible while the former is not

Ok some other info
1) flush dns done... nothing
2) hosts file checked.. nothing
3) firewall disabled
4) it seems to be fine on my dot connection.
5) it might be totally irrelevant but i did install zend development server trial but i hardly think that can cause this
anyway looks like a ISP issue(what issue i can't even imagine.. how it can happen) but you guys got any suggestion if its anything to do at my end?
