My PC hangs within 5 min or max half an hour.
When I press restart button, then No display.
After powering off, sometimes PC starts otherwise not.
Sometimes it stuck on Motherboard splash screen, sometimes in bios.

What I have tried:
1) Using 1 Ram stick at a time (Having 2*4GB)
2) Using Onboard display instead of gpu
3) Change the thermal paste and again tighten the CPU Cooler (Hyper 212 EVO)
4) Using everything out of the cabinet (Haf 922)
5) Chaned CMOS battery
6) Reset Bios
7) Flash bios to latest version
What can be the problem ?
How can I check whether PSU is fine or not ?

Your motherboard is faulty.. Better check just the motherboard (i think capacitors issue). Give it for RMA if its in warranty or contact ur vendor's service centre.

I went to computer shop today, the guy at the shop said...its processor problem...
I think, if it's processor problem...will I able to install windows ? Will there be any display ??

Just start PC for whatever time and check proccy temp...if its overheating or not...
My GPU was overheating around 110 celcius and after that display shut down...

I am sure, it's not overheating.

I checked the temp. using CoreTemp64....it showed core temp. as 18-20 degree
Then it's your mobo problem, Take your PC to computer shop again and let them check it again and they will definitely fix your problem. Best of luck.

From last 1.5hr....PC running fine in Safe Mode..though Idle..but same idle in normal mode result in hang

Is it possible that PSU not able to supply power when PC is on load and results in hang ??

Is it possible that HDD is culprit ??
Is bad sata cable can also be responsible for freeze ?

1 well, the hdd coud be a culprit ,do you have other spare hdd's lying around,or you could borrow one from ur friends, use it to find out if hdd is faulty.

2 to completely rule out ram as the screw up,i suggest u download and run memtest

3 the proccy could be a problem, run prime 95 and look for any errors its detects

4 finally the mobo could be faulty if all else fails, send it to rma,if its found faulty enjoy the replacement,if not we will continue to troubleshoot.
