Strange Problem While Playing Videos

Well, i recently installed Windows 7 and am using the latest drivers for my ATi Radeon 3850 [ 9.4 Catalyst ] , when i am playing videos there is this strange anti aliasing type effect in the videos which kinda makes them unwatchable .

Strangely this problem is there when i am playing the videos with VLC and Storm Codec , but works fine with Windows media PLAYER.

I have attached two screenshots. . please see and suggest how to rectify :hap2:

And this i observe even in HQ/HD prints as well. . so the problem is independent of the Print Quality.

I have also same problem.

When i was installed Windows 2003 server, 2008, and Vista, my both audio and video are play in lagg. i'm check in GOM, WMP and KPlayer with all codecs etc.

Its only play perfect when i was using Windows XP.

Inbuilt video Card (32 Mb)

I don't know what is th issue.

I'm on Windows 7 and I'm also facing this problem.

My config is:

AMD 3800 X2

XFX 7600GT

2 GB DDR RAM

What can be the problem? Have to use Windows Media Player at the moment. Facing this on VLC, Storm codec and KM Player, not on Windows Media Player:(
