Hello Friends,

From past 3-4 days, I come to know that there is no Address Bar Scrolling Possible if I open any mail which is WIDER than the SCREEN and hence I always miss the part of mail which is not FIT in SCREEN.:@

I am using 800x600 resolution from years with my 17" Samsung 793S monitor without such problem.:D

But the Same Address Bar Scroll Available when I open Yahoo Mail (the page where all mailing list is available).

With Internet Explorer all is OK, :) but it is slower than FF so I want FF.

Can you got it what I mean? Do you have any Idea/function in FF to solve this problem.

Thanks

WHy are you using 800x600 on a 17" monitor, change it to 1024 and see if that helps.

Try reinstalling Firefox.

But i dont understand what u meant by address bar scrolling. Can u put up a pic or explain it better.

Address Bar Scrolling = There is Scrolling Bar at footer of screen which we can see only if Any Pics are Bigger than the Screen i.e. if it doesn't fit in to screen you have to use Footer Scroll Bar from Left to Right to see the Complete Picture. See this page to view FULL image of Bob Parson you have to move footer bar from left to Right.

I reinstall and upgrade FF but no effect.

NOTE: Opera Also Have Same Problem with Yahoo Mail !

btw, some FF plugins (especially status bar ones ) have been known to mess up the scrolling try disabling all the plugins and then see if you still have teh problem:ohyeah:

tried Y!mail beta?

Sorry, I didn't get you !

Btw r u sure u have not upgraded to FF beta 2.0? It is know to have such bugs.

Also u can try this. Open about:config in firefox.

Make sure u have det this option to false:

dom.disable_window_open_feature.scrollbars (it can be done by simple double clicking on the line.)

I do not know How to use Image Shak?:ashamed:

Please see here as you need to move Address Scrol bar to view full page, I have same problem that the Mail Page do not have Address Scroll Bar and I can not scroll it to right side of mail and thus RIGHT side part of mail goes out of screen.:(

See at upper image, you can not read some RIGHT hand side part of mail as there is no Address Bar Scroll.:@

In this image you can see the Address Bar Scroll which can used to read the page by moving it from left to right and vice-versa (if mail is wider than the screen/ not fit in to screen).

I can see the bar and can read the page but each time I have to do some tricks for each and every mail and this is a time consuming.:(

Please help me to resolve this problem ?????

Bumping....i have same problem with Opera 9.01. There is no horizontal scroll bars :( . and i hate using IE
Someone please help :sos:

Edit: i had earlier blocked ads using the built in blocker...but unblocking doesn't help either. i'm still having the same problem. I have installed Firefox 2 beta (but i don't use it much)....could that be the problem??? Should i uninstall it??? :help:
