I have never seen warranty being mentioned on a subscription and that too with a duration < validity. I don't see why the seller cannot make the validity as 3 months, if he is not able to ensure continuity of the sub in advance.

I did mention for 3 months because
Google has the habit of banning accounts.
I could have posted with 12 months warranty but i have seen google can suspend accounts.
So if something happens within 3 months , I will be able to help with refund or replacement.
Also i stated this instructions clearly to the buyer before they made a purchase.

In that case, you should mention the validity as 3 months. Charge whatever you want.
Also, it would help if you include everything in your sale post, whatever you are mentioning individually to the buyers.

I assume you weren't aware of the terms and conditions because it'd be straight up scam if you did and hid it from the buyers knowingly. At least now that it has been brought to your attention you should change the validity to 3 months.
