Student discount for MAcbook Air?

Is there one? Available for the Air or only for desktops?

12% or 6%?

What do they require for the discount? My nephew is a student, and if I buy in his name, is there any disadvantage?

12% Discount is valid on the Air. I helped a friend pick one up. All you need is a valid college ID card for the current academic year for a UG or PG course.

It used to be 12% until last month. They are offering 6% now. Atleast this is the case in NCR. Can't confirm for Bangalore but most likely it is 6 now.

Its 6% here in mumbai too,i guess they are giving some Office or some software stuff free with it
