I want to buy a table lamp but the products with best reviews on Amazon are pretty expensive -

I don't think that a bunch of leds is worth a thousand bucks and that too without any warranty. Only good feature I found is color change to yellow. Are there any cheaper recommendations by owners of table lamps?

I have the Garnet which I purchased in 2019 for 1100 during sale, and I'd say it's well worth it, especially if you like to keep only the table light on in the entire room. Apart from the color temperatures, you can also adjust their brightness which is more useful than I had initially thought it to be. But if that's too expensive (and totally understandable, I bought it mainly because it looked cool haha), there's a similar design by Philips for cheaper:
The diffusion in the Garnet is pretty good tho, and I have another Philips LED table lamp (not the one mentioned above, a cone shaped grey colour one with a twisty metal stem which I bought locally) which is lying unused mainly because the poor diffusion makes it too bright to have it anywhere in your peripheral vision, and that causes headaches

A lot of these expensive one does not come with replaceable LED/bulbs.

I would recommend something simpler and cheaper and throw in a smart bulb if you require different color or temperature.

I own an unbranded one that looks like this. Running fine for 14 yrs.

That's a great idea, thanks. I have shortlisted these two lamps from IKEA -

Now I just need to order it to someone's place at Mumbai/Pune and then get it picked up.

Edit: found latter on Amazon as well.
