Stuff for programming in Torrents?

Guys. its been tough.

The problem is, due to download limit imposed by our college proxy, I can only download large files from torrents.

And here's the thing : I dont get legit softwares to download on torrents, as barely anyone seeds them.

I need to download a an IDE for C Language. And I need a torrent link. Can any of you guys help me from the trackers you use?

Or any tracker for legit software?

Say Turbo C from Borland (which is free) ... or something like that?

And it would be helpful if you get any of those for Mac OS.

Dude you can check out Demonoid....

And I assume it is open with its invite(Actually it was open today)....But I am not sure..whether It is open right now...
