Laptops Stylus pen for my laptop

I need a Passive stylus pen for my laptop (HP Pavilion x360 - 13-u105tu) as Active stylus isn't supported by my model so o point wasting money in it.

I need one which has pointed nib/tip and not those boring erratic rubber tip ones as it will be used by wife for sketching/drawing purpose occasionally.

Also, can stylus meant specifically for ipads etc. be used other brands?
