Only mods have the right to post in that section, if we find it news worthy we will move it their.

No we do not mind members posting news or whatever they wanna post (in TE rules limit) in their "free time".

i meant, is there an option in the portal page, thru which we could submit news..with moderation..of course.. instead of finding and posting in respective sections..

I posted some news directly in the respective threads.
And used to wonder why is it not shown in the news section.

We are getting lots of news reported by u ppl. Though its a good thing on one hand..On the other that degrades the quality of news posting at TE.

I'd like you guys to report only the most interesting news of the day and not every news you see. For the rest of the news, you can post them on forums. To implement this from now on, I request you ppl to submit not more than 2 news per person per day.

Got it QuickFire thanks for informing.

I know its difficult to manage so many submittions as many ppl on TE
have found a new passion submitting news apart from just replying in threads.

Hope you can understand our excitement.

Ok but from now on its going to be max 2 News per day , i dont regularly post news but whenever i submit will see to it that its not more than 2.

It really makes me feel nice that, I was able to contibute something to the
sites Homepage News Section.

I want to rather thank TE for having this submit article facility.
