Were casn I submit photographs? Either for publications or for show? I want to send to some publications preferably and otherwise start an online portfolio. Where is the most credible place to do it?

Or you can try zenfolio its a paid service though.

Which one is better? DA or Flickr?

smugmug is good
and also pbase

pbase is used by more professional photographers

DA is more for artists than actual photogrpahy
