SnS does not repackage the item.

Lol, gift? Seriously? ;) I will be extremely happy if the customs duty is levied on the actual declared value and not some arbitrary value decided by the customs official as per his mood. :)

They do repackage. Nexus 4s are delivered in black cartons in US. But SNS delivers them in their own packaging.

I just ordered a wireless charger costing $60. They should mark the package as gift.
 
^ I believe they just put the whole package in another bag.

Marking it gifts doesn't make much of a difference these days and almost all packages are charged duty.
