CPU/Mobo sudden shutdown and system hang

hi members out of the bules this prob of sudden shutdown and hanging has started what could the problem be is it a smps prob:huh:

overheating... also have a chk of your ram at memtest86.com.
adding an extra fan will definately solve this issue.

Check the HeatSink. Or rather remove it and check the condition of the thermal paste. And reapply the thermal paste and see.

Also give some more details.

Also does the PC run for more time on the first run and then subsequently lesser interval of time ?? Then it can be ur processor overheating.
