Looking for a 10 inch tablet for reading pdf files watching movies.
3g not required.

budget : within 10K.

You will not get any branded tablets first hand at that price point. The budget is too low for a 10inch tablet.

Look for the Nook HD+ refurbished tablets. There is a thread about that on TE.
But even those used to cost 12k+ last year.
