Monitors Suggest a 24" LED monitor for desktop PC

Please suggest a good quality IPS panel monitor.

Size : 24 to 27"
Panel : IPS
Budget : ~25k

Usage : browsing, movies n serials.
Viewing distance : 2.5 to 3 feet.
Features desired but not mandatory : hdmi interface, usb slots.
Gaming usage : negligible

Basically I'm looking for something that can serve my needs for the next 5-6 years.

I will be in Delhi for the next 3-4 days and can pick the monitor from there or can order online as well. I won't mind a used one either if its something like Dell U2410 with warranty.

Please help me with your suggestions friends.

I am slightly tilted towards Dell Ultrasharp 2412M. It will cost me 18k. I hope to pick it up soon.
 
i would suggest u to buy Dell S2240L or Dell S2340L both are fantastic monitors and meet your all requirements. I am personally using S2240L. trust me u would not be disappointed.
 
I would suggest you look at the ViewSonic range of LEDs. I have been using ViewSonic Monitors almost since I began using computers and have been quite happy with their performance. Currently I have the 22" LED working fine for the past couple of years.
