Suggest a battery charger for sanyo eneloops and other batteries (110v-220v)

I had this uniross charger which does not work here and need to buy a new battery charger for charging sanyo eneloops and other rechargable batteries. Mostly AA pencil cells are to be charged but if had facility for AAA, that is Ok but not really needed.
What VFM options do i have? And it should preferably run on both 110v and 220v.
Will be buying from walmart or online from amazon/newegg/ebay.com etc.

Do any of the following deals look VFM ??

Bought a sony cycle enery charger + 4 batteries (2000 mAh) for 16.01$ all inclusive. Read positive reviews for this and then ordered.
