CPU/Mobo Suggest a board pls

Hi ..

I need help in choosing a motherboard and a cpu cooler for the gaming rig I am building.Budget 15k..flexible.

Proc : i5 2500k

Ram : Gskill ripjawx 2x4GB 1600 mhz

GPU : Waiting for the 7950

PSU : Corsair HX650

Gaming resolution : 1920x1200

Cabinet : ATX

I haven't been gaming for a while so theres a lot of titles I wanna play... Crysis 2,Modern warfare 3,Dead space 2,Arkham city,Rage etc

p.s: I find this board a real value for money,what do u guys think about it? I might wanna over clock the proccy a bit.

Thanks jakob.I think I will go with the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo as my cooler but I forgot to mention I have a Creative X-Fi sound card so I would be needing a board with a PCI slot.
 
I have ordered i5 2500k this morning.I already received the RipjawX..This PC is mainly for gaming and HD movies.I haven't ordered my motherboard yet.Guys pls suggest me which one to go for.Something Asus in ATX form factor.Here is a list of available boards in Flipkart.

I compared two boards on Asus' website.It says P8Z68-V/GEN3 works with 22nm CPU and 32nm CPU.While P8Z68-V LE works with only 32nm CPU.So I assume P8Z68-V/GEN3 will be compatible with ivy bridge processors?

What CPU Cooler did you zero on?
