PC Peripherals Suggest a Cabby ?

Hey Guys suggest me Cabinet which has one side thru and has lots of space

My Budget is arnd 3-4k

So while mentioning the Model also mention its price.

Also if u wish u can tell which cabby u r using along with its details

antec slb all the way cheap has a side pane window .. and stuffs :)
but i can buy a zb01 and mod its always better but its hard 2 mod.
antec slb is around 4.5k i guess.
 
Well... 5300 to be exact... It is big for some and small for some... Sturdy for some and flimsy for some... Cheap for some and expensive for some... But for me its just great :P....

If you are talking about the SLB, it costs 4.6k and not 5.3k now..

Quoting Chennai prices last week.

about your cabby the super lanboy is perfect for u...with a side see thru and its very light. really handy and very spacious (i found it more so than a P180 is is a big b1tch) only the P160 with the removable mobo tray may be better, but that's outta your budget anyways.
Some say the SLB is flimsy.. look you aren't going to use this as a bulletproof vest or as armor plating nor throw it around...so why does it need to be rigid?? I think the weight, size tradeoff is really worth it and am very happy with mine...Price should be around 4.8K or so...You could get 1 for less..

yeah antec screwed up there, its even mentioned on the P160...hah planes use complex alloys not just aluminium...forget bullets...even a bird whacking into you (if the SLB's sheet was a fighters cabin) would be fatal :bleh:
btw the P180 is also aluminium but they dont' mention this there....maybe this is what the tanks use...:P
U know what the guy who sold it to me said..."its aluminum yaar stronger than steel, even fighter jets use that"
Point - maybe that's why our bloomin MIG's keep crashin so often...:tongue:
 
Dont want to hijack this thread...but i am looking for a cabinet too...
My basic requirement is that it shld be able to fit in atleast 6 hdd's.. how are the zebronic cabinets??? saw a few on the website they seemed pretty nice....

Many cases today take around 10 drives 6x3.5" and 4x5.25" - if the 3.5" bays get full place the extra drives in the 5.25" bays in cradles. Have lots of fans to cool the drives and make sure your SMPS can handle the load of the 6 HDDs :)

6 HDD's?? well see the 3.5" external floppy bays can also be used as HDD bays, but what happens is that the noise levels go up because the bays will be exposed and the HDD will be right against the exposed FDD entrance. I have used this before on a small Intex cabinet and it was noisy...you will need a mid tower at least but I recommend a full tower
 
ZB01 would be the right choice for you .

Well 6 hdd's i have as of
now....but i plan to get more in the near future..
Rite now i am runing 4 hdd's n 1 DVDRW in the Antec 3700BQE(i am a not sure) and the master hdd is in the 3.5" floppy bay with a hdd cooler attachted to it...

if the 3.5" bays get full place the extra drives in the 5.25" bays in cradles

So that leaves me with 1 empty 3.5" hdd bay and 3 x 5.25" bays...where to do i find those cradles??

A few years back I bought a lot of Iomega cradles (made for the Internal ZIP drives) from Prime for I think 125/- each. They are quite well made cradles.
