Suggest a cheap Dual SIM phone

My brother wants to buy a cheap GSM-GSM Dual SIM phone. Other features are really not very important but if there is something at cheap price then nothing like it.
It will also be preferable if the 2 SIMs can be active at the same time.

Buddy AFAIK, you will not get any phone with Both SIM working simultaneously, if you go for a Mobile phone cheaper than the above

If you don't want 2 sim working simultaneously, you can go for:

Nokia C1 has only one SIM active at one time i guess.

I have a Samsung C5212. Bought it recently. The features are good. But the sound quality is pathetic. its muffled and I found it very hard to understand the other person. Many times my voice gets echoed too from the other side.

I purchased a dual sim spice phone for around 2200rs few weeks back. Trust me, I used this phone for 3-4 days and gifted to my 12 year old cousin. Its not worth at all.

That was horrible exp, stupid lags in spice phones and java based UI just give a look like Chinese. I heard samsung does well in dual sim phones. I am not a samsung fan either.:no:

Fly has a couple of models at around 2.5k too. The UI is good and smooth. You might want to look those up too.
