Suggest a cheapest edge supporting mobile

Well do have a good budget to buy htc touch or adding some other saving and buying n82.....But buying a sim card frm orkut guy for MO which he says will provide MO free for lifetime or 2 years for 2k...so now looking for cheap handset so even if i m fooled or screwed later than i wont have to cry much for....

so suggest a cheapest good mobile which can be charged via pc usb and simultaneously used for MO
 
Dude also dont have budget(i mentioned that clearly) i guess only windows mobile can b charged via usb......how is htc 3400
 
well to be frank jus suggest the cheapest.....after i get the sim in hand after trying on it...and if it really works will shift to some better piece
