well in that case u should consider a brand new ixus 70 ,small and stylish and good feature packed too....
Travelcam for daylight shooting or mostly social parties types?

There's nothing else like it. The H3 and SX100IS from Sony/Canon are still too bulky to come in this territory and they do not have wide-angle too. Every other cam has standard 3x zoom lenses.
If you wait for a bit, the new Panasonic FX-series is going to launch with 25mm wide-lenses with a 5x and 4x zoom to 125mm and 100mm. Still damn good.
