Suggest a CPU cooler for AMD 955 x4(BE) under 3k

Hi,

I'm looking for a CPU cooler under 3k for my CPU AMD 955 x4(BE).
The stock fan runs at 5k-6k rpm which makes a lot of noise.
Also when the AC is running the core temperatures are around 38-39, but when the is AC is not running it reaches up to 50.

Looking for a cooler which would resolve these problems.

Waiting for suggestions from you guys......
 
PC config:-

mobo: ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO

cpu: AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE

cabinet: Coolermaster Elite 310

smps: Cooler Master 500 W eXtreme Power Supply

BTW, i went thru posts in TE and did some googling which narrowed down my search to:

1) Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus CPU cooler

2) Sunbeam Core-Contact freezer 120mm CPU Cooler

which 1 should i go for? or should i go for something else?
