Suggest a Decent Amp

Please suggest a Suitable Amp. (Stereo)

Budget < 25K

Usage : Music ( Pop , Rock , 80's)

Would like to buy Amp which will give good thump at minimum volume.

Also will be attaching it mainly to Computer ( X-fi - Platinum) & DVD player + Dish TV , so should have three inputs
 
Stereo or surround? If stereo, then the best in that range is the NAD C325BEE/ C352. The other option is Rotel RA-07 or whatever their latest model is.
