31-40k Suggest a desktop for Unreal engine 5 artist

Looking for an entry level setup for running Unreal engine 5. I'll be using it to create small scale scenes not large expansive environments.
Not for coding but for creating 3d scenes

I already have a monitor.

AMD 5600 or Intel 12400F
GPU - Buy one with more VRAM, preferably a used 3060 12GB

Anything lower than this works too but kinda hampers your workflow, the editor runs sluggishly and it takes too much time to compile shaders.
