Suggest a Digi Cam < 7k

Hi Folks
Pl suggest a camera with budget of 6k-7k. I feel 5-7 Mega Pixel is enough with 4x-5x digital Zoom.What do u say?

I feel it will be better if we have Internal battery along with ext AA or AAA batteries as these batteries will be recurring expenditure.

Also do we can record small videos and also audio(voice) using Digi cam? and what is the cost for extended memory?

Pl suggest with the above requirements and where I can get good deal in Hyderabad.

Seriously which is better lz8 or canon 470.......also are the sony batteries better or the sanya enelops?
