Suggest a DVD player Help!!!

I am looking for a DVD player with following features

1. USB plug in
2. DTS encoding
3. Digital optical O/p (not coaxial)

Philips dvd players dont seem to have Optical O/P

Any suggestions for me...

If u can go to the nearest Big Bazaar, or to their site futurebazaar.com, u'l find a player--passion dvd player...supports all that u want, and is really cheap--1.4k...its a local make, but works well..
