Over the top of my head the only thing I can think of is Adobe Photo-shop and Adobe Illustrator. These are probably the two most important tools for any fashion designer other than his/her scissors and needles of course.
i don't know exactly, but my recommendation is to watch videos on youtube of fashion design software. you will get an idea then for which ones are easy to use
