Around 4K you have a few options but what will be your main usage and what is rest of the configuration. ATi Radeon HD 4670 ~ 3.7K 1 GB Nvidia GT 240 ~ 4.2K < last I saw this was 3 months back > 1 GB What do you mean by branded and Top cards :S.
