Around 4K you have a few options but what will be your main usage and what is rest of the configuration.

ATi Radeon HD 4670 ~ 3.7K 1 GB

Nvidia GT 240 ~ 4.2K < last I saw this was 3 months back > 1 GB
What do you mean by branded and Top cards :S.
 
Please mention which Power supply /SMPS do you have. And also your Monitor's native resolution.

For your budget HD4670 seems to be the perfect card.
 
u vl get a 4670 in that budget...extend a bit and get 5670...if u mention other details of ur rig like psu procy and also native resolution of monitor that vl be helpful in helping u out :D
