Laptops suggest a laptop (budget-35-45K)

hay guys read a lot of posts in this section, but couldent clearly decide...
want to buy a lappy for dad, its primary function would be lots of office work, occasional music and video playback, and surfing,... and occasional gaming...his personal requests are
1. should be lightweight, not too bulky&big..
2. shouldent heatup too quickly,
3. good battry life,
4. XP preffered.../ (he tried vista on desktop..but wasnt happy bout it)
5. widescreen (not a cumpulsion)
6. rams and hdds to be upgradable
7. atleast min 120GB HDD..1gb ram
8. DVD writer..
9. internal bluetooth ..
10. should be able to handle sudden movements..
11.inbuilt wifi if possible
12. medicore graphics card for occasional gaming (he likes racing games)
13. would be better if accessories included
and anyother bells and whistles that would fit that budget :)

well those are his requirements... will be buying the lappy on 17 to19th oct..
from lammy...
so please suggest a laptop that fits in that budget,....can't exceed 45K.. +/- 2K ... also if possible kindly provide names and contact info for some shops in lammy where i can get good laptops and see them before buying...

How about the Pavilion dv6502au/dv6602au? I just bought one last week from Pune. Cost: Rs.46250 inclusive of all taxes.

All dat u want only 80 gb hdd..

But i had 8400 m gs graphics dedicated graphics card...
n 9 cell battery core 2 duo 5470 proc, wifi n , BUT no bag...

I think u can get 120 gb in 45k or so...

go for it!!!!
 
^^thanx... will read up on the lappy u suggested ..now if only u guys could provide some names of best shops in lammy for laptops... it would be helpful.. :) thanx a lot again...
