Laptops Suggest a laptop for under 30K

Hi there I was looking for a laptop under 30k.

My requirements are

Manufacturer should have official XP drivers for the laptop, as now a days most support vista only which I do not want to use in any case.

should not be a HP or compaq as their system recovery method sucks big time.

so please help me.
