Acer 5745G is a very good option with i5 cpu+nvidia Gt 330m+4 gb ram but i dont think you can get it for 40k. In that range you can have a look at dell inspiron but you wont get good GPU in the inspiron range, It will be best to raise your budget by 3-4k and get Acer 5745G.
