Suggest a NAS + Media Player combination

I have 3 Tv's in my house.2 LCD and one CRT.All of them in different rooms.
CRT is mainly used by my granny.I am thinking of setting up a NAS server and have one Media player to connect to TV's whenever anyone wants to watch movies.

Requirements

• HDMI, Composite A/V
• Wireless connectivity
• Easy user interface since my granny will also be using it watch movies
• Portability

unRAID is a phenomenal NAS

And XBMC or windows mediacenter is a phenomenal media player.

Not clear how you are planning to use one media player to support all TVs. Different people might want to watch different things at the same time.
