Suggest a Netbook/Laptop for 15 to 16k MAX.

Hi guys,

My friend is interested in getting a netbook/laptop and the max he can shell out is 15 to 16k :)

Can you guys suggest us some good netbook/laptop at this price point ? Also, what kinda processors we can expect ?
